Current Account With Flexi FD

➤ Facility is available only on specific request of the customer.
➤ Current Account combine with “sweep-in and sweep-out” facility to take care of withdrawals.
➤ Available to individuals, proprietorship, partnership, schools, and colleges.
➤ Daily minimum balance of ₹ 1,00,000.00 required.
➤ Excess above ₹1 Lakh swept to Flexi FD in multiples of ₹ 50,000.00.
➤ Rates: 15-29 days (4% p.a.) | 30-91 days (5.75% p.a.)
➤ Flexi FD created for 91 days; interest credited to linked current account.
➤ Last-in-first-out (LIFO) sweep-in for urgent funds.
➤ Automatic renewal for original tenure and amount.
➤ No penalty for pre-mature payment to meet shortfall.
➤ ₹ 500 penalty/month if balance falls below stipulated amount.
➤ No physical FD receipt; TDS as applicable.

04 Hindu Undivided Family Letter signed by all co-parceners with Karta's name & Registration certificates.
05 Private Limited Company
  • Certified Copy of MOA & AOA (updated)
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Board Resolution for opening & operating account.
06 Trust Copy of Trust deed & Resolution naming authorized operators.
07 Club / Association Constitution/Bye-laws, Registration Certificate, and Board Resolution.
